Dry blending is where Great Lakes Toll started, and it's still the backbone of our operation. Customers send us raw materials in bulk bags, drums, or paper sacks; we blend them to spec and turn them into finished, packaged goods — all in one facility.

A ribbon blender is ideal for coating and mixing processes because it produces a rapid, homogeneous blend that stays thorough and uniform across a wide variety of materials and applications. More than just the blend
Most blending projects need work on both sides of the blender. We support the full flow, from conditioning incoming raw material to testing and approving finished goods.
From raw material to finished pack
Once blended, your product can go into just about any dry pack format: bulk sacks, drums, paper bags, heat-sealed poly bags, pouches, blisters, clamshells, and more. Pair blending with our pouch filling and packaging services and finished goods leave our dock ship-ready — we can also handle fulfillment for your customers.
